A healthy alternative dessert or snack using just a drizzle of honey and a dollop of whipped cream on top of the other ingredients make this plate a delightful treat you eat with your fingers.

crisp red apple
In a dry pan, toast the walnuts for a few minutes on medium heat to toast and warm just a bit. Set aside.
Cut the apple into wedges and arrange on small plate, and add the walnuts.
Add your dollop of whipped cream, drizzle the honey, and place your mint in a spring or individual leaves as you like. Enjoy!
